The history of entire human civilization shows that act of killing/murder of a human being had always been the heinous and hateful crime. No civilized person, group, community or a society can tolerate or had ever tolerated such heinous act of barbarianism.
It is surprise to me that of course the land of the pure [Pakistan] where not only murders are becoming morally justifiable but for one reason or another been glorified. So much so on the name of Islam. The question arises from moral, human, legal and theological stand point. If this kind of behaviour exhibited on behalf of Muslims as a religious aspect then the entire Islam would be questionable? The first question: Is this Islam? If so: Is this a good religion? Certainly it is not if that is the case. If this is Islam which teach people to justify and glorify the murders for one reason or another. Every civilized person would condemn it, but the subject image of Islam do not have any relationship to the original Islam which relate itself to the Prophet of Islam. This is 20th and 21st century fascism and barbarianism in the name of Islam.
To the best of my understanding, the killer is not even Brailvey but a pretender. As the story goes, he was originally a member of FIU, been posted in Karachi as part of killing machine against Mohajirs. He had pretended to be a lover to some one but he was in fact a target killer long before the term coined by Pakistani media for killing of innocent people in Karachi.
The reason could be multi-fold. It's alleged that to target a Pakistani liberal was the conspiracy hatched by the masters of al-Qaida-Taliban net-work by using a pretender as Brailvey so to turned Brailvey and liberals on a war-footing. This was to allow the net-work a space to reorganized themselves by taking the heat away from them. This was probably at the time when they had been fully exposed to the Pakistani masses after their constant bombing campaign by targeting shrines where the ready made term of "CIA,RAW,MOSSAD" was not good any more and people were clearly able to recognized the al-Qaida-Taliban and their mouth shooters. There fore to the best of my understanding, Salman Taseer was the victim of a broader conspiracy similar to that of Benazir Bhutto.
