‎@Lal Sheikh: We never had chance for last 63 years to work-out our own budget. We were independent state before 1947. So the question for state to be a self-sufficient, is a confused one. There are dozens of states running over and above of their resources. Pakistan and US is one example. So Pakistan because of under huge burden of debt should withdraw itself sovereign right and asked another state to take-over. It don't work like this. So this question is unrelated so far the question of a an independent state is concern.
