The debate in Pakistan had been and still, swings about the question of the Tehrik-e-Taliban and Tehrik-e-Afghanistan are two different outfits aspiring for diverse political agendas.

The new Afghanistan MAP issued by the Taliban indicates that they believe in a new Afghanistan that includes parts of Jammu and Kashmir and Pakistan from Swat down to Gwadar as part of New Afghanistan, not Pakistan. 

The fact that Taliban terrorist outfits be they Afghani or Pakistani both had been used as a condom for the covert policies and Nato and Pakistan. The three hundred thousand armies of Afghanistan meltdown in order to form a new Taliban force in Afghanistan replacing Nato forces are now becoming clearer day by day. 

Therefore Taliban is one, not two.
