"Subedar Rajendra Prasad, Rifleman Manoj Kumar and Rifleman Lakshmanan D lost their lives while neutralising two terrorists who carried out the suicide attack on the Army company operating base, 25 km from Rajouri. 

Rifleman Nishant Malik who was injured in the gunfight succumbed to injuries later in the evening. 

This comes soon after three LeT terrorists were neutralised by the security forces after an hours-long encounter in Budgam. One of the killed terrorists was involved in the killing of Rahul Bhat and Amreen Bhat. 

"Terrorist Lateef Rather @Abdullah, killer of Rahul Bhat and Amreen Bhat among the three killed terrorists. He was involved in several terror crime cases including several civilian killings and atrocities," the ADGP Kashmir said after the operation was over."
