Kashmiri Mathematician Makes Solar Powered Car. Mir Bilal, an Engineer from Srinagar, Jammu Kashmir, has created a solar-powered luxury car after working hard for nearly 13 years. An engineer by profession, he currently teaches mathematics at a local coaching institution. #JammuKashmir #solar #cars
