1993 Mumbai Blast Accused, Abu Bakar, Arrested In UAE. The accused, Abu Bakar, who is said to be one of the prime conspirators of the 1993 blasts, was residing in UAE and Pakistan. He was recently apprehended on inputs of Indian agencies in UAE, the report added. #UAE #India #DawoodIbrahim
