"Police said four people, including a foreign militant and his associate from J&K's Ramban district, were killed in the gunfight on Monday night. As per IGP Kashmir, Vijay Kumar, Mohammad Altaf Bhat, the owner of the building where the gunfight took place, and one Mudasir Gul, an OGW as per police were killed "in the crossfire" a claim contested by their families. 

Slain Mudasir's wife, Humaira who among other family members staged a protest at press enclave Srinagar stated that her two-year-old daughter has been crying seeking her father, but she had no answers to her. 

Humaira asked Kashmir Police to come up with proof that her husband was an OGW as claimed by the latter, reported news agency KNO."
