Wazir-e-Azam Azad Kashmir kay liye hone wali "Deal" Imran Khan kay ilam mein thi? #Pakistan #AJKelection #SaeedChaudhary #AliAminGandapur #AsifaBhutto

UKJ news/analysis: The news story that Brigadier Naeem Malik who was sector commander of Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan called back from his duty to GHQ accused of misconduct and was replaced with a new officer.
The complaints against Brigadier that he was involved in pre-plan rigging of AJK's so-called election. As per reports, he had promised Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan an ex FBI wanted man who was arrested in AJK and taken to the USA  for criminal investigation and had spent some time in FBI custody, to appoint him as AJK PM and promising money in return for the post, an amount of 1 billion Pakistan Rupees. The brigadier already took 20 million rupees as a bribe in advance, plus he was in charge of issuing party tickets to PTI candidates. This is the Party that cricketer turn politician Mr. Imran Khan had formed and he is still leading it who claims to be a man who stands against corruption!
In the preliminary inquiry, as per the sources, the legal Branch in GHQ finds the brigadier guilty of misconduct and the case had moved for further legal proceedings. The case is in the public interest, to be open and transparent. This raises the question that if Pakistan is run by the sector commanders of the ISI rather than operate with rule of law.
We all know the famous case in Karachi, where the Inspector General of Police Force of Sindh Province was abducted on the orders of the ISI sector commander of Karachi, in order to arrest Captain Safdar, just because he happened to be the husband of Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the most popular leader of Pakistan.
The ISI which is a counter military intelligence service of Pakistan formed in 1948 by Major General Sir Robert Cawthome operates/reports directly to the Prime Minister of Pakistan. This indicates that whatever was happening in the background cannot be without the knowledge and approval of the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mr. Imran Khan.
The question needs to be asked: Is it possible in a democracy that an intelligence officer is approving the list of candidates for the ruling party to stand in the election? Is it not to promote corruption both within the state and society? Is it possible that Prime Minister was unaware of it who is head of both government and Party? Is the buck stopped at the Prime Minister Office? The ISI doesn't report to the Ministery of Defence but to the PM Office?
The fact that secrecy is the enemy to the transparency, competency, and improvement in every aspect of human society, the subject case needs to be open and transparent to the people of Pakistan that the primary sources of the corruption are the very same people who had been and still are beating drums in public against the corruption of politicians.
