Indian Army use militants may be its own creation to attack the democratic rights of the population.

The Government of India using cross border infiltration or an armed opposition as a pretext to attack democratic rights of the population in Indian Occupied Jammu Kashmir. Where state machine is allowed to impose a curfew, cage the entire population of the country to deny them the basic necessities such as food, medicine, water, right to peaceful assembly, right to free movement, right to self-determination, right to education, right to employment then what would happen in such a place is not a rocket science to know it. The known fact is that this would force the population from their homes, schools, farms and factories to flee known as ethnic cleansing.  In such a situation, if the authority talking of the militant threat means they are trying to teas the entire human civilization.
