People of Kashmir seeking freedom but turned blind by authority using pellets guns as tools of suppression.

"As per hospital records, more than 1000 people have been treated for pellet
injuries in eye(s), 65 of them with injuries in both eyes. In 20 cases, eyes of
victim were so badly injured that they had to be scooped out.

As many as 300 victims had injuries to macula, resulting in a condition
whereby they cannot see things in front of them. “These people would have
a black hole in front of their eyes, making it impossible to read and write
or do tasks that need them to see what is in front,” an Ophthalmologist said.

Also, doctors said that even after months of treatments and multiple surgeries,
it was medically impossible to predict what percentage of vision could be
restored in an eye  that had been perforated by pellets."
