Serious Human Rights Issues in Pakistan

If one look on the world map to know which are the states always ready to shift their obligations, duties and responsibilities - Pakistan and to some extent India. In Pakistan, those who protest and high light serious human rights violations, and if the pointer heading toward security agencies and army, they would be immediately dubbed as foreign agent;working for CIA;Western Countries; Indian/Israeli spy agencies MOSSAD/RAW. If the pointer heading towards civilian government, then there are less chances to be accused as a foreign agent but the culprits can get away with it.
In India, the authority and its unofficial spokes persons do more or less same as their Pakistani counterpart. They accused their human rights activists and journalists as  Pakistani agents or working for Pakistani spy agency - the ISI and instead to bring the culprit to books and justice to the victims, the culprits will get away with it and would never face justice.

I noted two news items from Pakistani media. One is for South Punjab and other is for Karachi.

1: South Punjab: There are 1400 people, as per media reports, are under detention, facing terrorism charges, been subjected to sever torture, yet few media outlets had  managed to air the seriousness of the human right situation. The suspects are not allowed to contact their lawyers or their lawyers are not allowed to be present at the time of interview. They are not even allowed to contact their family members. This even become more serious for a place, where there is yet the death penalty is in practice and military courts are up and running. Who knows how many innocent people had been hanged?

2: Karachi: This story relate to one of the ex-Minister, a member of parliament and an elected Mayor of Karachi along with some political workers. The accused are in detention on the charges  that they had been involved in helping some terror suspects of their treatment through the hospital own by ex Minister. The authority, in this case is Rangers which is responsible for border security, but, as a para military force they been deployed in Karachi by central government since 1992. There are many allegations against rangers itself of self created law and order situation to justify its presence to remain in Karachi for an unknown and clandestine/illegal activities going on from 1992. The reporters had managed to contact the subject terrorists who had allegedly been treated in the subject hospital. It was revealed that the record was temper, they are innocent and free and never contacted by police or any other law enforcing agency or ever been accused of any terror related offence or treatment. This shows that how government of Pakistan target its political opponents in the name of terrorism, crime and god knows what?
This is more serious for a country where death penalty is still in practice and the military courts are up and running as part of its justice system.
