Is this democracy and rule of law practice by Indian Government in Kashmir?

The video shows Kashmiri youth who are an active participants
of the on going peaceful freedom movement for reunification
and Independent of the State of Jammu Kashmir,  are under an
illegal detention of Indian security forces.
These young activists of school going age are tied-up with ropes,
been verbally abused, beaten  with sticks and tortured to force to
recite pro-Indian slogans such as "Bahart Mata Ki Jay" and against
Pakistan.
There is no reason or context making one wonder why they are
bringing in  Pakistan except a standard policy of Machiavellian tactic
been used by every successive government in Delhi just to dupe its
population by painting a picture of Pakistani  involvement or its
sponsored activities?
If we look back at the historical facts, it shows that such tactics
always been used for last  68 years an effective tool to divert public
attention from hard facts on ground so to sweep the issue under
the carpet. This way of  doing things  is not and has never been
benefit to no one but deaths of children, young and old and an
unimaginable destruction. The people of the state are at the
receiving end; facing detention, torture, disappearance, deaths and
destruction.
The policy of keeping the status que by no mean any beneficial to
the people of Pakistan or India but on contrary it adding up to their
miseries in the shape of instability, economic backwardness, poverty
and destitute. The policy of manipulative tactics are still in use
regardless of its negative effects to the political landscape of the
Indian sub-continent; the reason may be the ruling elite don't want
learn any lesson out of 68 years happening.
After watching the subject video of such an inhuman treatment
to people by a state which claim itself of an upholder of democratic
values, rule of law and human dignity do not add up at all.
