Can we expect from an individual or organization that is involved in unlawful acts like terrorism, kidnappings, sectarian violence, target killings, robberies to refrain itself from possessing and using weapons only because of the implementation of some deweaponizing law? Individuals that are daring enough to get involved in criminal acts having punishments as strong as capital punishment, in the presence of all law enforcing agencies and courts, will take no effect of such law."
