"DOING IN THE WAY OF DECEPTION".

To the best of my observation, no news item or a statement by some one suggesting that ISI Chief is a target killer or any one had used this term in relation to ISI. I think, the first ever person who is using this term , the "target killer" in relation to ISI Chief, is, Sheikh Rashid. His statement is more direct compare to other ISI critics, which is as per the science of psychology, is more effective tool  to create a perception among general masses in a situation of trust deficit between state institutions and public at large.
