"Attique said he was worried about the possible influx of militants from Afghanistan into Kashmir if Pakistan and India failed to start result-oriented talks before the end of 2014."
All indicators and past history is pointing towards an all out war between Taliban and Pakistan Army. Now it is clear for Taliban-cum-al-Qadea that their movement would not go anywhere without captureing power in Pakistan. To achieve this goal, they must have to defeat Pakistan Army. That is why they call Pak-Army (pure army) as Napak-Army (unpure army). Sardar Attaq is part of Pakistan Defence Councile led by pro-Taliban fundamentalist Maullana Samul Haq. Moving into Kashmir mountains means to allow another power center which naturally would come into conflict with the existing authority, that is Pakistan Army not Indian. FATA and terrorism in Pakistan is an important point which Attique Khan is trying to ignor for one reason or another. So, it is not possible for Pakistan Army to make the same mistake. It is clear from the outset that after withdrawl of NATO forces from Afghanistan, Pakistan would be the battle ground for Taliban and that would ultimately lead to a Pashtoon homeland.
