Yasin Malik stopped from travelling to Nepal to meet his daughter.

There is no legal or moral ground where state authority had been used by stopping a father not to see his little child. This is lowest of the low in human history. We are noticing that terrorists are crossing all the human barriers by killing innocent men, women and children but when governments used it's authority without any legal basis to deprive people of their fundamental rights then one see no difference between terrorists and lawful authority of the State. We, on behalf of Kashmir International Front strongly condemn the government of India's action, and demand for an immediate end of its discriminatory polices against the people of the state of Jammu Kashmir. We published bellow the full statement issued by Yasin Malik.

"SRINAGAR//By stopping an innocent child from meeting her father, India has actually shown its narrow mindedness and short mentality. These kinds of tyrannical measures cannot deter us from pursuing our struggle for freedom. JKLF Chairman Mohammad Yasin Malik who intended to visit Nepal to see her little daughter there was barred from travelling to Nepal today. Yasin Malik who had already completed all the necessary documents for travelling to Nepal arrived at Delhi airport early in the morning. Soon immigration officers arrived and told Yasin sahib that he was not allowed to go to Nepal. After this refusal Yasin sahib straightaway travelled back to Srinagar where he addressed a press conference this afternoon. Addressing media men .Yasin Malik said that by denying a father meeting with her child, India has actually shown its narrow mindedness, political bankruptcy and uncivilized attitude. Yasin Malik was forced to leave international airport and he straight. Yasin Malik said that Shaheed Afzal Guru was hanged by Indian government on 9th February 2013 .I protested against this tyrannical act of Indian government and sat on a hunger strike in Islamabad Pakistan. This annoyed Indian rulers and media who announced a war against me. After my arrival back in Srinagar, my passport was confiscated and has not been given back till date. On the other hand my family including my innocent child approached Indian high commission in Islamabad for Visa. This application has been there since 9 months but no reply has been given back to the applicants. Yasin sahib said that my wife and daughter Razia have completed all the formalities in this regard and have number of times approached Indian high commission but have neither been given Visa’s nor have been replied back. Because of this tyrannical act of Indian rulers a 20 month old daughter has been continuously denied a meeting with her father and a wife is being forcefully kept separated from her husband. This inhuman behavior and attitude compelled me to try travelling to Nepal, for which no passport or Visa is required. Yasin sahib said that separating an innocent child from her father cannot be termed but as Cruelty and undemocratic act of Indian rulers. Stopping a wife from visiting her in-laws and barring a little girl from seeing her father is an act that no human society can tolerate. This becomes much more condemnable when decisions like these are taken on political vendetta and disliking. Yasin Malik said that this is not his case alone but thousands of kashmiri’s have been suffering from this tyrannical behavior of India. Last year one of our kashmiri brothers wife was declared last stage cancer patient. She came back to Kashmir but her husband was not allowed to even to see her ailing wife. Likewise another kashmiri died and his dead body was kept waiting for last rituals at Wagah border and not allowed to travel back to Kashmir. Yasin Malik said that this inhuman behavior is actually a phenomenon from which tens and thousands of kashmiri migrant families are suffering. Yasin Malik said that political vendetta and venom has overtaken human and civilized instincts and India has actually crossed all the limits of this. Yasin Malik said that as the father of an innocent child I today feel pain and agony but India must remember that these kinds of oppressive measures cannot deter us from perusing the path of truth and struggle. Yasin Malik said that India was itself slave of British for many years. Today Indian authors and people name that British kingdom as Imperialist. But the fact of the matter is that British despite all their ill’s, actually promoted political, social, moral and educational reforms in India. They did not treated human issues on political grounds. When the wife of late Jawahar Lal Nehru fell ill and Nehru was in jail. British not only released Nehru but even provided him necessary travel documents for taking his wife abroad for treatment. Today India is dealing with human issues in such a manner that one actually comes to conclusion that India has actually become much more imperialist and tyrant and indifferent towards human issues and causes. Yasin Malik said that Indian political parties including congress and leftist are today trying to equal Nerender Modi and becoming much more hard liners and Kashmir enemies. Congress that is propagating to follow Ghandi Jee is actually wearing a RSS Nikar inside its Ghandian Kahdi. Yasin said that barring us from meeting our loved ones, opening old cases and putting our youth in jails for life, killing our innocents and other oppressive measures have yielded India nothing and Indian leaders and rulers must bear in mind that these uncivilized acts and oppressive measures cannot stop us from marching towards the goal of freedom."
