How to fight rape crimes?

A person in any society lives by rules of engagement. You are not allowed to steel others property because it is crime and you will be punished. You are not allowed to murder others even though they are weak because it is crime and you will punish for your crime. So there are two ways living in a society: (1) criminals 2(innocents).

To rape women, men or a child is a serious crime and all civilized societies want effective laws against rape crimes. There are multiple angels where rapists try to exploit the situation: (1) Many Children rapped in Mudarrisas even by their own molvi teachers. (2) Children been rapped by adults if they are not protected. (3) Women been rapped if they been working alone in their isolated fields or where ever they are vulnerable and rapist think they can get away with it. (4) If she rapped (in many 3rd world countries) the she would be in between two very dangerous situations. Firstly a stigma attached to rape victim and secondly if she would complain to police (Pakistan) she might rape again by police or if she tell her husband, father, brother or son. They would go and kill the rapist which means she would loose her husband, father, brother or son in addition to rape. These conditions arising out rape force her to keep quite and the rapist would continue blackmail and rape her. This is some a picture of Pakistan or the land of Allah.

Now let me take you to West or Europe. Rape is very serious crime and both societies and states are conscious and an effective system is in place where rapist would think twice. To sex with under age, to rape a women, child or men is consider same as to murder some one. To protect privacy, honour, dignity and respect of a rape victim is top priority while investigating crime and process of justice. The rapists are not allowed to raise unnecessary questions in the court of law. If there was consent for sex then male partner has to prove it otherwise he would face rape charges. The weaker section of society is well protected not only by letter and spirit of the law but the text of the law always translate itself into practice otherwise law would change.

I had lived in UK while sharing my accommodation. I had lived with flat mate like couple living together but never had any relationship. Living together, socializing together, working together is one thing and relationship is another. If she is alone sharing accommodation with me and at night I tried to force her into sex then I would face rape charges. If she would call police then between 2 to 10 minutes the police would be at our door step and arrest me immediately without any if and but and I would face music. Women, children, disable, elderly are equal human being and need equal protection and rights. In the west they do have these rights and still we need to go further but in third world it shameful for society, state and religious class. From facebook discussion.
