@all above: It is laughable some time by reading some comparison of London CCTV and Karachi. London is the capital city of UK where every one including HM the Queen come under law. If any violation of law, it is the duty of the police. Once a person was attacked by a dog in a public park. The dog was belong to Prince Ann the only daughter of HM the Queen. The judge awarded her (Princes Ann) double penalty compare to common citizen by saying that she is member of Royal Family and must be more law abiding then a common person. Any one caught in violation of law, from common man to PM, Queen, Army Generals, Intelligence Chief or his/her own police boss. The officer on duty would take action according to the law. He/She will not call their superior that the person in violation is a police officer, army officer etc etc. No. In case of Pakistan, it is run by proxy. The Army through its intelligence agency are running the affairs of the state. Raman Malik, Riyaz Malik, this malik or that malik are the front man of their real bosses. They are discrediting their own leadership. Their own parliament. Their own institutions. Certainly by discrediting parliament or judiciary, would not be replaced by Indian or British Parliament. It is to keep control of the state affairs out of the domain of parliament, judiciary. Which means the Army. The Army whether direct or indirect, run the show through its intelligence agencies. This is the way to hide the facts from public and run the affairs for massive corruption. It is just not possible in a democratic country with CCTV or without CCTV.
