The women in picture sitting on ground  going through the test for teachers jobs, while one of them is holding her young child in her-lap. It shows the hardship and women commitment to the society, yet they are still under attack by men on one pretext or another.  Some time in the name of God, some time in the name of culture, some time in the name of men/family's honour, some time in the name of traditions. Some time they are not allowed to study, some time they are not allowed to worship side by side with men, some time they are not allowed to work and respected side by side with men, some time they are not allowed to drive????
