Is there an element of change of policy formulation of Pakistan for IoK to dispose-off "the strategic assets" by putting them against each other a fear of natural consequence of blow back or it was to counter the Saudi influence in Kashmir which certainly in the opinion of Pakistani establishment would be more favourable for independent Kashmir?
