One wonder what relationship between foreign Intelligence Agencies operating into a country and an organized crime committed by its own military secret services. Every country do have foreign secret services. The Western democracies are full of all kinds of people. There are hundred of thousands of migrating every day. How many secret agents on behest of third world dictators would be in their ranks ? This doesn't mean that the state security services or law enforcement institutions got license to violate law or commit crime. This kind of thinking of those who control state institutions or in the authority of policy formulations exposed the secret of lawlessness of that specific political entity. Any one be he or she national or foreign, agent, criminal or innocent would be treated by law by respecting his or her human, political, legal, basic and fundamental rights.
Pakistan is the owner and keeper of an atomic weapons yet the level of lawlessness by its state institutions speaks volume for a real threat to the world peace.
The policy of genocide by killing and dumping Balouch and religious minorities on one hand yet sheltering, aiding and abetting terrorism in Afghanistan and Kashmir where hundreds of thousand innocents lost their lives. The International Community is silent spectators.
