I fully agree with John. It is quit logical that in bilateral relations, the process of confidence building rather using threats or sanctions. There fore US, Europe, Israel and Saudi's must rethink of their stated position which is not working anyway and instead should help in creating conditions for confidence building that would create space for better understanding and relations.
